Please note: Website form bookings are more likely to receive a response faster.
Deposit
A deposit of 10% of the total hire cost is payable at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the date of travel.
All booking confirmations and invoices will clearly itemise the amounts due and will state the relevant payment deadlines applicable to the hire.
Regarding Cancellations:
Standard Cancellation Charges
If you (the Hirer) cancel your booking, the following
charges apply:
7 or more days = No charge
24 hours – 6 days = 50% of total hire cost
Within 24 hours = 100% of total hire cost
Bank Transfer, (preferred) Debit / Credit Card, Apple Pay
Air Conditioning & Toilets
No, pets are not permitted on board the vehicle.
The only exception is:
Assistance dogs are allowed, but they must be notified to the Operator before the date of travel.
Soley at the driver’s discretion
If passengers bring mobility scooters:
- Maximum width: 600 mm
- Maximum length: 1000 mm
- Combined weight (user + scooter) must not exceed the safe working load of the ramp
- Larger mobility scooters may be refused at the operator’s discretion
- If no ramp is fitted, scooters must be able to be stowed in the luggage hold
All reasonable steps will be taken to alleviate any problems caused by breakdowns.
Industry standard inspections on vehicles and immediate rectification if any faults found.
