Refund Policy

A deposit of 10% of the total hire cost is payable at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the date of travel.
All booking confirmations and invoices will clearly itemise the amounts due and will
state the relevant payment deadlines applicable to the hire.

Regarding Cancellations:

Standard Cancellation Charges
If you (the Hirer) cancel your booking, the following charges apply:

7 or more days = No charge

24 hours – 6 days = 50% of total hire cost

Within 24 hours = 100% of total hire cost
